It hit me in the summer of 1992 – what's this all about? I've climbed the ladder; I've worked the secretly required 60-80 hour weeks and for what? I had money, a car, a house, I could travel, but there was a huge hole in me. Something was missing. I began to change my life. Work no longer satisfied me, what would?

From 1997 on I began taking every healing course I could manage while working. My job changed again and I was traveling a lot which enabled me to go to healing workshops all over the United States.

It became increasingly difficult for me to maintain the corporate attitude and practice my healing art. I wasn't comfortable giving up the image I had carefully crafted over the 25 years and letting people see the passion that drove me. It started taking it's toll keeping the two images separate.

My dream of early retirement at 50 was shattered with a corporate merger and new rules. In 2001 I was looking at 6 more years of corporate life to reach the new magic retirement age of 55. I was fortunate to be able to take some time out to look at my life – the decisions I had made over the last 30 years and where I was in comparison to where I wanted to be. I was no longer interested in my traditional job.

The siren song of the healing world grew louder and louder and I could no longer resist it's tantalizing pull. I made the decision to follow my heart fully and leave the security of corporate life and live trusting that the creator/universe would support me completely.

After so many years I returned to those words of passion from high school "How can I help you?"

My purpose now is to assist others to shine bright and discover inner peace and light.
